The Holiday Apartment is situated on a modern urbanisation situated in Altea on the Costa Blanca only 5 minutes from Altea town. The Apartment is located in an area called Altea Hills, a fantastic upmarket area in close proximity to the historical towns of La Nucia, Altea, Albir, Guadalest, Calpe and of the major holiday destination of Benidorm. The Apartment benefits from outstanding coast and mediterranean views from the Apartment windows and terraces. The Apartment is newly built to a very high standard, incorporating heating and air conditioning units in living areas and bedroom, marble floors throughout, upmarket kitchen and underground garage. A few short steps from the Apartment is the swimming pool. Altea is a lovely artistic traditional Spanish town with abundance of bars and restaurants yet quite and close to all necessary amenities only a few minutes drive away. Restaurants, bars and shops are within a short distance, motorway access is a mere five minutes. The Apartment is situated within 25 minutes drive to Alicante International Airport. Close attractions also include Terra Mitcia (the new Paramount Theme Park), AquaLandia (Water Park), Mundomar (Sea World), excellent for the children.

Changeover day

Changeover day is Saturday. Apartment to be vacated by 11.00am on day of departure. Arrivals cannot be accommodated until 3.00pm.
