The Villa is located in an area called La Nucia, a great holiday position in close proximity to the historical towns of La Nucia, Altea, Albir, Guadalest and of the major holiday destination of Benidorm. From the sun terrace the villa has unique and uninterrupted 320 degree views over land and sea due to its elevated position. The villa has recently been built to a very highest standard, incorporating heating and air conditioning units in living areas and bedrooms. La Nucia is quiet yet close to all necessary amenities only a few minutes drive away. Restaurants, bars and shops are within a short distance, motorway access is a mere five minutes and the nearest train station only ten minutes away. The villa is also situated within 25 minutes drive to Alicante International Airport. Close attractions also include Terra Mitcia (the new Paramount Theme Park), AquaLandia (Water Park), Mundomar (Sea World), excellent for the children.

Changeover day

Changeover day is Saturday. Villa to be vacated by 11.00am on day of departure. Arrivals cannot be accommodated until 3.00pm.

Living areas and bedrooms have air conditioning and heating. All bedrooms have ample space for clothes etc in fitted wardrobes.

Accessibility

This property is NOT suitable for disabled wheels chair access. Steps located leading to front door.

Outside

The outside of the property has private driveway with gate. Private garden circles the Villa.

Coast/Beach

From the villa you can see the whole coast line. There are several beaches close by, the closest being Benidorm only 5 to 10 minutes by car. The beaches are very clean.

Golf

There are several golf course near by, the closest being 12 to 15 minutes by car.

Travel

The closest airports are Alicante (25 minutes) and Valencia (60 minutes). Car is essential if you are renting this property, although taxis could be used.

The nearest town is Benidorm (5 to 10 Minutes) and La Nucia (a few minutes) by car. Benidorm is poilt for choice, from fantastioc nightlife in the New Town to more tranquil Restaurants and Bars in the Old Town. La Nucia is a traditional Spanish town with Spanish bars and Restaurants. There are a wide variety of Supermarkets only 5 minutes away.
