Changeover day

Changeover day is Saturday. Villa to be vacated by 11.00am on day of departure. Arrivals cannot be accommodated until 3.00pm.

All living areas and bedrooms have air conditioning and heating. All bedrooms have ample space for clothes etc in fitted wardrobes.

Outside

The outside of the property has private driveway with gates, automatic night time lights and alarm system for security. The pool and terraces have outdoor furniture. The whole property is private surrounded by trees.

Coast/Beach

From the villa you can see the whole coast line. There are several beaches close by, the closest being Calpe and Benissa beaches only 5 minutes by car. The beaches are very clean, both with Nautical Clubs.
